| Peer Review |
| Manuscripts passing the initial review are assigned by the Editor-in-Chief to referees who could be either members of the editorial board or external reviewers chosen on the basis of their expertise in the particular field. A manuscript is reviewed by at least two referees under a double-blind peer review process, where both the referees and the authors are kept anonymous. Referees are asked to evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, contribution to the field, theoretical relevance, appropriateness of methodology, and policy relevance where applicable. To facilitate timely publication, referees are asked to complete their reviews within 4 weeks. |
